弄濕頭髮，把洗頭水在手上搓至起泡，塗於頭髮及頭皮，用指腹打圈輕按，以溫水洗淨；
然後將護髮素用於頭皮及頭髮上，加以按摩，停留1分鐘後沖洗乾淨。
